Juice Fasting

So I will be starting a juice fast. I want to start back being healthy. so i will try to update everyday wish me luck. Here's my first entry : ) Day 1: today is good, i did 50% juice today. i plan on going 75% tomorrow. todays juice was a mix i made up and it was pretty good.

It's been awhile : )

So lots of updates. Biggest one is we have another little girl : ) introducing: Makaelin Yvonne Day born 5/2/11 @ 1:14 am 18 1/2 in. She made her apperance 5 weeks early, and spent 17 long stressful tear filled days in the nicu. It was quite an experience for sure. But shes home and healthy as can be. She's 4 months now and Natonya absolutely loves being a big sister. She is such a big helper. She loves her baby sister. Natonya is 3 1/2 now and so smart. Hopefully she will be starting school this year. She just started dance class and is having a blast. They will have a recital next year and she'll be doing 2 dances. I'm so excited for her, so is Makaelin. She loves watching Natonya practice and have fun in class. : )

Catch up time!!!

Ok, alot has been going on in the last 7 months since my last post : ) Natonya is doing great smart as can be and sooo beautiful. I started school this past spring and Kory started school this summer. We will both be going for Fall semester and that is just gonna be crazy haha. I'm starting training for a 5k in August so if you see me ask me how i'm doing with it, please help me keep the motivation : )well school is going great for the both of us and we can't wait to graduate and move forward with life (which has been pretty crazy the past couple years) but yeah, we went to california the end of may for my best friend Sara's sons 1st birthday (Happy birthday Aiden) and just had a blast visiting with old friends and catching up. Miss you guys!! we got home and that next weekend we had a family reunion (Kory's mom's side) and had fun too. We're glad to finally be home and still unpacking haha but slowly we're getting back to normal. I'll post some pictures soon (I promise) love you all!!

Natonya turned 2!!!

well we had a little party at our place this year. had family and friends over to celebrate for Natonya's birthday. She had alot of fun. Toni the girls and kelly helped with the decorations and making the cake. It turned our wonderful. Beautiful and delicious cake haha. I cant believe my little baby is 2 now. She is growing up so fast. 2 weeks ago she was at 28 lbs 36 in. she's very tall (in the 99th percentile STILL)and very skinny. they say she's underweight but i think she's perfect. She's our perfect angel. She loved having everyone over she got a new bike!!! (she loves it), and slide( also loves this.), lots of babies, cabbage patch, barbie, cold weather stuff, she's set!! many more pictures coming up soon!!
